1) Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, we offer free rectifications incase the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 9999155686/9971460692 or [email protected] with details of the product and about the defect within 7 Days of product received.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it thoroughly and notify you via e-mail/WhatsApp/Phone Call, within 24-48 hrs., whether you are entitled for free correction of defect, as all products sold by Sew in Style are made on order and keeping client specification in mind.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Items worn once.
  • Alteration done by someone other than Sew in Style.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to your purchase during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

2) Exceptions

  1. Order Cancelled – In case order has been cancelled, there will be a 50% deduction from total value.
  2. No cash refunds – Refunds are made in form of Credit Notes/Credit Voucher which is only redeemable with Sew in Style.
  3. Other Refunds: Is subject to sole discretion of Sew in Style and is done only via Cheque/Online transfer within 15 working days.
